Company to participate in the InterBEE IP Pavilion
At InterBEE 2021, hall 7, stand 7516, Media Links, manufacturer and pioneer in Media over IP transport technology will focus on a number of key applications that support JPEG-XS compression and 4K/UHD workflows, Remote Production, as well as a Single Frequency Network (SFN) solution. In addition, Media Links will show its latest 100G IP solutions that offer the integral technology and functionality for 100G workflows to be successfully implemented and maintained over a network.
InterBEE 2021 will be held in person November 17-19 and online at https://www.inter-bee.com/ja/forvisitors/exhibitor_info/.
In addition to the company booth, Media Links will participate in the IP Pavilion, which promotes the IP transition in the broadcast business. Within the pavilion, Media Links will demonstrate the new MDP3020 MAX™ platform and its interoperability with devices from other manufacturers.
Ultra-low latency JPEG-XS IP transmission for Remote Production
With the new MDP3020 MAX™ platform we will demonstrate ultra-low delay transmission compared with other compression methods. The MDP3020 MAX encodes/decodes video, audio, and data content for carriage over wide area IP networks. It is designed primarily for use in live remote production environments where economical, highest contribution quality IP media conversion and transport robustness is essential.
Next Generation 100G IP Transmission Solution for 4K
We will be showcasing a 4K case study demonstrating large-capacity content transmission utilizing our next-generation 100G media over IP transport platform over a network backbone. This demonstration will combine the functions of our 100G MD8000 platform, MDX series of media-centric switches and ProMD Enhanced Management Software, all supporting hitless data transmission.
5G and SFN (Single Frequency) Networks
The company will also present additional configurations of its versatile MDP3020 MAX platform for IP distribution of both digital television and data signals across 5G as well as Single Frequency (SFN) Networks, resulting in greater operational robustness and resiliency.
