Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions are the sole terms governing this transaction, and shall become binding upon the purchaser identified herein (the “Buyer”) in the event Buyer accepts delivery of the goods purchased by the Buyer pursuant to the terms herein (“Goods”) or otherwise exercises dominion over the Goods being sold by the party selling the Goods (“Seller”), and shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding with respect to the purchase and sale of the Goods, superseding all prior oral or written understandings relating thereto.
